This onboarding process will help you get set up with your new CRM and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:
STEP1. Pre-onboarding survey:
This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM.
STEP 2. Onboarding calls:
There are two live online onboarding calls involved in this process. The first is a tech call to guide you through the technical setup of the CRM. On that call, our team will then help you schedule your second call, a training session which covers the most important features of your CRM. These calls will assist you in getting set up with the CRM and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
